This protocol governs the digital architecture of Manace. By engaging with this site or submitting an artifact to our excavation entry fields, you accept these operational terms in their entirety.
01 Operational Scope
This site is operated by Manace. We design visual infrastructure and protective frameworks for those who refused to be irreplaceable by a machine or an entity. We reserve the right to refuse engagement, modify our interface, or restrict access to our custom methodology at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
02 Data Architecture & Intellectual Excavation
When you submit an answer to our diagnostic inquiry ("What ritual does your work honor?"), you initiate a secure intake sequence. We collect only the information you explicitly provide within the entry interface, alongside standard technical parameters necessary to maintain performance and platform security. By submitting content through our excavation interface, you grant Manace a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to analyze, process, and reference your text to formulate an initial operational diagnosis. We treat your diagnostic responses with strict confidentiality and we do not sell, rent, or lease your strategic information to third parties.
03 Transactional Limits & Engagements
All applications for bespoke consultative services or products are subject to strict capacity filtering. We operate on an application-only architecture. We reserve the right to limit, cancel, or reject orders or alignment requests from entities that do not fit our qualification standards or target demographics. All financial transactions and valuations are assessed in United States Dollars unless explicitly stated otherwise.
04 External Infrastructure
This site may interface with or link to external protocols or third-party digital networks. We do not audit, manage, or assume any liability for the privacy methodologies, content, or technical security of external environments. You access external links entirely at your own risk.
05 Risk Mitigation & Liability Exclusions
This platform and its diagnostic tools are provided on an "as is" framework. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, flawless, or perpetual operational uptime. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Manace and its affiliates are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your navigation of this digital system.
06 Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
07 International transfers
Our providers and collaborators may operate in different countries. Where information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to apply appropriate protections consistent with applicable law.
